Chapel Rock Quilt Camp October 2010
October 2010 we held our first Quilt Camp at Chapel Rock in Prescott with 14 members and 2 AQG members in attendance.

Most of ourcampers drove thems selfs or rode with another camper but one of us
(can you guess who?)
had extra special transportation

we also where provided a gaurd dog to protect us

We will be staying at the beautiful Chapel Rock Conference Center, nestled in the pines and granite outcroppings in Prescott, AZ with our own room to sew in. Meals (YUMMY FOOD!!!) are served family style in the dining hall, and the menu is tailored to the needs and tastes of each group. Special dietary needs and requests can usually be accommodated with advance notice. The cost for meals and lodging (3 nights and 6 meals) would be $ 220 per person, double occupancy. You will need to eat on your own Friday evening. Single occupancy would be $40 more. The rooms each have two beds, a double and a single, private baths, and a patio or deck. All linens and towels are provided,
Soap and shampoo etc. are not.

A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required

When: March 30, 2012 Friday arrive after 5pm till Monday April 2, 2012 11am

Where: Chapel Rock

We are saying in St. James Lodge which has 18 rooms so we can have 35-36 campers this time! We also have Newell to sew in again, so we can fit everyone together.

The price for camp this time is $220.00, which includes 3 nights lodging, 6 meals and the rental of Newell.

We will need you NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit ASAP, (by the January meeting) so we can get the deposit sent off the Chapel Rock by the end of January.

There will not be a potluck on Friday because of the late arrival so plan on eating before.
But as us previous campers know there are always plenty of snacks to keep us going…LOL
